Refund

At OTOMOS COLLECTIONS, all sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been made and the product has been delivered.

Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to your digital product. Because the product is delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," we are unable to process refunds.

However, if you experience any technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase at info@shopotomos.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

 

Shipping

OTOMOS COLLECTIONS sells digital products only. No physical items are shipped.

Upon successful payment, your digital product will be delivered instantly to the email address provided at checkout. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it in your inbox.

There are no shipping fees, delivery times, or physical handling involved. If you do not receive your product within 24 hours of purchase, please contact us at info@shopotomos.com.
